Hello, my name is Lucy, I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Haslemere, Surrey. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I work in a person centred way which simply means I aim to offer a space where you can talk things through in your own time, without pressure to have the answers.

Time and space to explore what’s going on for you
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling to make sense of how you’re feeling, or finding yourself stuck in roles or patterns but don’t quite understand how you got there?
I aim to offer a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, unpick your thoughts and feelings, and begin to understand yourself with greater compassion. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come - we can work together at your own pace, without judgement, and with space for all parts of you to be heard.
