Time and space to explore what’s going on for you
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling to make sense of how you’re feeling, or finding yourself stuck in roles or patterns but don’t quite understand how you got there?
I aim to offer a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, unpick your thoughts and feelings, and begin to understand yourself with greater compassion. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come - we can work together at your own pace, without judgement, and with space for all parts of you to be heard.
As an integrative practitioner, I draw on different therapeutic approaches and can tailor our sessions to you and what feels most helpful. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and we can work together to find a way of working that feels right for you.
My aim is to offer you a warm, compassionate space where you can explore what’s happening, make sense of your experiences, and, together, find a way forward.

What to expect?
I believe that the relationship between therapist and client lies at the heart of successful therapy. I offer a free 20 minute initial call via telephone or zoom, where you can ask any questions and I can explain how we might work together. After that if you feel happy to proceed we can book in our first session.
Sessions usually take place weekly and last 50 minutes. Sessions are available in person at our practice rooms in Haslemere, or online via zoom.
I offer both long-term and short-term therapy. I would usually suggest we review where we are together every 6 weeks.
Fees
Sessions are £70, payable in advance.
